Digital transfer is a quick and cost-effective way of transferring designs onto garments or other various products. This process involves printing the design onto transfer paper and then applying the design onto the garments via a heat press.

At Tuff-As Workwear and Safety, the digital transfer process is completed onsite by our experienced team to ensure the highest standard of quality.

There are many benefits to choosing digital transfer, such as:

• It can be applied to a large variety of fabrics such as cotton, nylon, polyester, lycra, poly-cotton, canvas, etc.
• Allows for a variety of colours and placements on a garment.
• It is more cost effective than other methods of logo transfer (however, please note digital transfer is not as durable long term as other methods).
• Ideal for tradies who really like to get dirty and have a high uniform turnover.

To make your print a standout from the crowd, we need a high-quality image of your design (preferably a vector file or an EPS file). However, if you don't have the files, don’t stress, our experienced team will be able to work with you to make sure your design is spot on!!
